Coral/Beach cake

This is a bridal shower cake in the coral and beach theme. The coral on the top is made from royal icing and is edible. All the shells on the cake are edible.

The bottom tier is chocolate cake with irish cream filling and the top tier is vanilla cake with hazelnut chocolate ganache filling.

Exercise Cake

This cake was made for a client' s mother who was turning 60 and she is a very much into working out. All the equipment on the cake are edible. I made silhouettes of yoga positions and Lulu lemon logo around the cake.

Stiletto Cake

This cake was a vanilla cake filled with chocolate ganache carved in the shape of a stiletto shoe. The client loved red and cheetah print, so this is what I came up with

Graduation/fashion cake

This was done for a young lady graduating college and she loves everything fashion. I made a tiffany gift box with a hat box sitting on top as well as a grad cap. The shoe was gumpaste and the purse was cake.
