Snowflake cookie bouquet

Along with my cakes, I also make cookie favours and cookie bouquets. This was made for a teacher for Christmas. They are vanilla sugar cookies covered in fondant and piped in royal icing. the teacher absolutely loved them.

Go Steelers Go

 This was made a huge Steelers fan. It was carrot cake with cream cheese icing. All the decorations are made of fondant and are edible

This cake was made for a 30th birthday party. It is in the shape of a Hookah (for those of you who don't know, it is a water pipe used to smoke tobacco). The bowl (the red part) was vanilla cake with chocolate ganache filling, covered in red fondant with black decorations. All parts are edible except the pipe part.

It was a big hit at the party.

Fun at the beach

This is a 10" strawberry shortcake. It was iced in buttercream. The flip flops are made out of rice krispy treats and covered in fondant. The shells around the cake are all chocolate.

Happy Anniversary

This was made for a couple celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary but wanted something simple. It was a vanilla cake with alternating layers or lemon and raspberry filling. It was then covered in fondant embossed with this flower pattern. The flowers are hand made and edible.

Congratulations Graduates

This cake was made for a family celebrating 3 graduates together. It was a vanilla cake with chocolate mousse filling. All the decorations are made from fondant and are edible.

Bridal shower cake

This cake was made for a bridal shower to match a flower theme. The bottom tier was a coconut cake with pineapple cream filling. The top tier was a chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream filling. All the flowers are hand made and edible.

50th Birthday cake

This cake was made for a lovely lady turning 50 and her sister wanted a fun cake. It is a carrot cake with cream cheese icing. The bra and the flowers are all made from gumpaste and fully edible.

Coach purse. Vanilla cake with mocha cream and chocolate ganache filling. The cake is covered in fondant and all the embelishments are also fondant.
